PARK VILLA BELLEVUE SPLIT

 

Park vila Bellevue nalazi se na najljepšem dijelu grada Splita na početku Park šume Marjan. Smještena na raskošnoj parceli od preko 6000 m2 u vrtu starih maslina, agruma, borova, palmi i ćempresa  uzvišena tridesetak metara od kristalno čistog mora i plaže u uvali Kašjuni do koje vodi vlastita staza kroz vrt. Sa terase vile Bellevue pruža se čaroban panoramski pogled na Splitski zaljev, otoke Brač, Šotu i na Čiovo. Zalasci sunca doživljeni ovdje ostaju u pamćenju i u hladnim zimskim mjesecima.

Poviše kuće prolazi gradska cesta koja je povezuje direktno sa gradskom obalnom promenadom, splitskom rivom kao i  ACY marinom.  Stadion Poljud nalazi se u blizini s druge strane brda Marjan udaljen niti 2 kilometra od Vile. Ova cesta nastavlja se na drugu stranu prema rekreacijskom dijelu Parka Marijan i Oceanografskom institutu, te je promet po njoj ograničenog samo na lokalne rezidente čineći je idealnim prostorom za šetnju, trčanje ili bicikliranje u hladovini marjanske park šume.

Udaljena tristotinjak metara od predsjedničke rezidencije Vile Dalmacije kao i poznatog Meštrovićevog kašteleta, pripada najelitnijoj stambenoj cijelini na ovom dijelu Jadrana.

Situirana u podnožju južnih litica brda Marjan u potpunosti je zaštićena od bure te je s orijentacijom na jug, put Brača, Šolte i Čiova uvijek osunčana i za najhladnijih zimskih dana.

Spomenute Marjanske litice udaljene svega dvjestotinjak metara od vile ujedno su i jedno od najljepših free-climbing lokacija na ovome dijelu Mediterana.

Vila je građena 1938. godine i obzirom na tijek vremena u solidnom je stanju.  Upravo je djelomično obnovljena te je dobila dvije nove kupaonice i nove kuhinje po jednu na svakom katu. Ovom rekonstrukcijom vila je podjeljena u dvije samostalne stambene cijeline jednu u prizemlju a drugu na katu.

U prizemnom apartmanu korisniku je na raspolaganju prostrana dnevna soba koja izlazi na osunčanu terasu od cca. 100 m2 koja nadvisuje vrt i put do plaže te otvara pogled na more i otoke. Donji apartman osigurava još dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i kupaonicu. Apartman pruža komforan smještaj za 5 osoba dok se izvlačenjem postojećih jednostrukih kreveta u duple kapacitet povećava na ukupno 8 ležajeva.

Na katu kuće nalazi se drugi jednako velik apartman sa svojim zasebnim ulazom i balkonom s kojeg puca nezaboravan pogled na more, otoke i zalaske sunca. Apartman nudi dvije komformne spavaće sobe te jednu manju spavaću sobu. Tu je također potpuno opremljena kuhinja i kupaonica.

Oba apartmana opremljena su klima urađajima, TV-om, kao i besplatnim neograničenim pristupom internetu.

Vila sa svojim prostranim vrtom koji se pruža skroz do uređene plaže je idealno mjesto za obiteljski odmor pružajući priliku čak i za dvije prijateljske obitelji da odmor provedu zajedno dok ipak svatko zadržava osobnu privatnost vlastitog apartmana.
